These terms apply to this enquiry only. They do not create a distributor partnership. If your enquiry is approved, a separate Distributor Agreement with additional terms will be signed before any business relationship begins.

This form is only an expression of interest. It is not an offer, contract, or guarantee of distributorship. Explosive Whey Pvt. Ltd may accept or reject any enquiry at its sole discretion.


Accuracy & Authority

You confirm all information submitted is true and complete. You are 18 years of age or older. You are authorised to submit this enquiry on behalf of the named business.


Declarations & Verification

  • You confirm that you, your business, and key personnel are not involved in any criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
  • You consent to reasonable business/background verification by Explosive Whey Pvt. Ltd.
  • False or misleading information may result in rejection or cancellation of your enquiry.


Brand Protection

This enquiry does not grant permission to use the Explosive Whey Pvt. Ltd name, logo, trademarks, or the names/images of our founders, athletes, or brand ambassadors.

You agree not to:

  • Sell counterfeit, tampered, expired, or unauthorised products.
  • Make false or misleading product claims.
  • Harm the reputation or goodwill of Explosive Whey Pvt. Ltd.

We reserve the right to reject or discontinue any engagement and pursue legal remedies where applicable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune.
