Endless Run Challenge T&C

1. THE CAMPAIGN
1.1 This contest  is organised by Explosive Whey ("the Company", "we", "us") to celebrate the birthday of MS Dhoni.
1.2 By participating in the game "Explosive Dash" hosted at https://explosivewhey-run.vercel.app/, you ("the Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 The contest is open to residents of India aged 18 years and above.
2.2 Participants below 18 years may enter only with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.
2.3 Employees of Explosive Whey, their immediate family members, associated agencies, contractors, and vendors are not eligible to participate.
2.4 Participants must provide a valid Indian mobile number and a functional email address at the time of entry.

3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
3.1 The contest is live from 4th July to 11:59 PM IST on 6th July 2026.
3.2 Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
3.3 The winner will be announced on 7th July 2026 on Explosive Whey's official Instagram handle (@explosivewhey).

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
4.1 Visit  on any compatible device.
4.2 Register using your name, mobile number, and email address before playing.
4.3 Each Participant is entitled to a maximum of five (5) attempts. No additional attempts will be granted under any circumstances.
4.4 The Participant's highest single-game score across their 5 attempts will be counted as their final score.
4.5 Participation is free of cost. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5 HOW TO PLAY 
5.1 THE CHARACHTER WILL RUN ,YOU HAVE TO DODGE THE OBSTACLES BY TAPING ON SCREEN TO JUMP AND SETTLE A HIGH SCORE
5.2 YOU WILL GET ONY 5 ATTEMPTS TO PLAY 

6. GAMEPLAY RULES
6.1 The objective is to run as far as possible while avoiding obstacles and collecting boosts to maximise the score.
6.2 Contact with any obstacle ends the current attempt.
6.3 Boosts collected during gameplay contribute to the final score as per the in-game scoring logic.
6.4 The Company's server-recorded score is final and binding. Screenshots, screen recordings, or client-side scores will not be accepted as proof.
6.5 Any attempt to manipulate, hack, exploit bugs, use bots, scripts, browser extensions, or third-party tools to influence scores will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban from all future Explosive Whey campaigns.
6.6 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple accounts, duplicate mobile numbers, or duplicate email addresses linked to the same individual will lead to disqualification of all associated entries.

7. PRIZE
7.1 The prize is one (1) personally signed MS Dhoni T-shirt, awarded to the Participant with the highest verified score at the end of the campaign period. 1st Place (Highest Score) personally signed MS Dhoni T-shirt, 2nd to 5th Place: One (1) Explosive Whey Shaker each 6th to 10th Place: A 7% discount coupon valid on any product at www.explosivewhey.com
7.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. Winners will be ranked based on their highest single-game score across their 7 attempts, as recorded on the Company's server at the close of the campaign period.
7.3 In the event of a tie, the Participant who achieved the highest score earliest (based on server timestamp) will be declared the winner.
7.4 The Company reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equivalent value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond its control.
7.5 The 7% discount coupon (6th–10th place) is:
Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
Applicable on a minimum order value of ₹1,000
Single-use per Participant
Not combinable with any other ongoing offer, promo code, or discount
Non-transferable and tied to the winner's registered email address
7.6 Tie-breaker: In the event of a tie at any rank, the Participant who achieved the tied score earliest (based on server timestamp) will be ranked higher.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE DELIVERY
8.1 All 10 winners will be contacted via the mobile number and email provided at registration within 48 hours of the announcement. Winners of physical prizes (1st–5th) must additionally share a valid shipping address; discount coupon winners (6th–10th) will receive their code directly via email.                                                                            
8.2 The winner must respond within 7 (seven) days with valid ID proof (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport / Voter ID) and a complete Indian shipping address.
8.3 Failure to respond within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Company reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible Participant.
8.4 The prize will be shipped within 21 working days of receipt of complete verification details. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability.
8.5 The Company is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once dispatched via a registered courier partner.

9. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
9.1 By participating, you consent to Explosive Whey collecting, storing, and processing your name, contact number, email address, and gameplay data for the purposes of this campaign.
9.2 Winner details (first name and city) may be published on Explosive Whey's website, social media channels, and marketing communications for promotional purposes.
9.3 Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and Explosive Whey's Privacy Policy.
9.4 Participants may request deletion of their personal data by writing to support@explosivewhey.com after the campaign concludes.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
10.1 All trademarks, logos, game assets, artwork, and content associated with Thala Runner and Explosive Dash are the exclusive property of Explosive Whey.
10.2 Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any campaign material is strictly prohibited.

11. DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY
11.1 This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Google, or any device manufacturer.
11.2 The Company is not liable for any technical malfunction, network failure, server downtime, device incompatibility, or any other issue that may prevent a Participant from completing their attempts.
11.3 The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the contest or use of the prize.
11.4 The Company's decision on all matters relating to this contest, including but not limited to eligibility, scoring, disqualification, and winner selection, shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
12.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
